Considering the SUV craze, manufacturers were already eyeing this space, but the success of Punch has accelerated the process. Citroen is working on a car to compete with the Punch, the C3. Citroen has already unveiled the design of the C3 and some of its features. But now, we have obtained spy shots of the C3 without any camouflage. The new spy shots show the C3 without any camouflage. Citroen has already unveiled the design of the C3, but these spy shots reveal what it will look like in real life. It gets that quirky design language of Citroen with spilt headlamp setup integrating into the logo in the middle. The car looks quite proportionate with a decent amount of road presence. It also gets a decent amount of ground clearance which will be appreciated by the Indian buyers.
Upcoming Tata Punch competition- Specifications
The C3 is based on the Citroen CMP platform. The C3 is 3.98m in length and has a boot space of 315-litres. It is expected to be powered by a 1.2-litre turbo petrol engine. Citroen will not offer a diesel engine on the C3. The turbo petrol engine will come mated to a 5-speed manual and an automatic gearbox option.
Features
Features have become an important USP. So Citroen will load the C3 with features to take on the established players. It is confirmed to get a fully digital instrument cluster, 10.1-inch infotainment system, wireless charging and wireless phone connectivity.

Considering Citroen is testing the C3 without any camouflage, we can expect a proper launch in the upcoming months. Citroen has done a lot of localisation on the C3.
