5 Volkswagen Taigun Distinctive Features
Volkswagen recently unveiled the production-ready Taigun to the country. The car is closely related to the Skoda Kushaq. Both Volkswagen Taigun and Skoda Kushaq share the same platform, similar to what we have seen with the Hyundai Creta and the Kia Seltos, but Taigun still has got its own game, enough to get heads turning. Continuous LED Tail-lamp
The Volkswagen Taigun is the first car in its segment to get a continuous LED tail-lamp as stock. The tail-lamps look extremely premium and futuristic. As already seen on the Auto Expo showcase model, the Taigun was bound to attract customers with its styling.
GT badging
The Volkswagen Taigun would carry forward the GT effect from the Polo. The car will get a GT variant, mostly expected to be its top-of-the-line variant. The car, with its GT variant, will get GT badging on the front grille, on the tail-gate as well as on the sides. Also, the GT variant will be easily distinguishable due to the red brake callipers for the front wheels.
Alloy wheels
Volkswagen has carried forward multiple elements from the Taigun concept model showcased during the Auto Expo. One such element is its wheel setup. The concept was set on 19-inch tyres with dual-tone alloys. The same alloys have been carried to the production model as well. 19-inch wheels have however been replaced by more logical 17-inch wheels.
Digital instrument cluster
The Taigun, unlike its cousin, the Skoda Kushaq, gets a fully digital instrument cluster. The Kushaq comes with a semi-digital instrument cluster. A digital instrument cluster adds a style quotient to the interiors of the car. Moreover, it enhances the premium feel of the interior overall.
Contrasting interiors
The Taigun comes with contrasting interiors, similar to the concept model. The dashboard receives the major bite of the punchy colours. The whole dashboard comes encapsulated in a colour that closely matches the exterior of the car.
