Ford Aspire Sports launched for INR 7.4 lakhs (on-road, New Delhi)

Ford Aspire Sports has just been launched. The Figo Aspire comes with cosmetic changes that makes it look different from the regular version. It will get some cosmetic upgrades, which will make it look sporty. This is what makes it look appealing and will be a differentiating factor. Ford Aspire Sports Price in India

The pricing of the new Ford Figo Aspire Sports will be about INR 7.4 lakhs for the petrol version, while the diesel should be priced at INR 8.5 lakhs (on-road).

Ford Aspire Sports Design

In terms of design, the new Ford Aspire Sports will get multiple changes, for instance there shall be a dual tone colour scheme mostly. This will mean a black roof for a white colour body. There could even be black alloy wheels also. The other new aspect on the Aspire should be 15-inch alloy wheels. The changes shall be subtle and could be clearly differentiated. There will be no changes in the dimensions of the compact sedan. We could even expect the current chrome bits on the vehicle to be blacked out on this model, to make it look sporty.

Ford Aspire Sports Interior changes

There won’t be any major changes. The Ford Aspire Sports should get some additional features mostly. There will be a touchscreen system, as Ford has been due for a while to get these features. Also, the Figo Aspire will even have sporty interiors. The touchscreen system if offered, will get navigation and reverse parking camera also. The seats have grey-seating to make it look sporty and even premium.

The Ford Aspire Sports won’t have any difference in the space. So, the cabin is generously spacious. There is more than sufficient head room and knee room for both the rows. The boot too is large enough. The Aspire is one of the most appealing compact sedans around.

Ford Aspire Sports Engine and Transmission

The same set of engines shall be powering the Aspire Sports, there are three of them. These include a 1.2-litre petrol engine churning about 87bhp of power and mated to a five-speed manual transmission. On the other hand, the 1.5-litre petrol engine producing about 108bhp with a six-speed automatic transmission. Then there will even a 1.5-litre diesel engine producing 99bhp and again available with a five-speed manual only. All these engines are coming with the Ford Aspire Sports.

Ford Aspire Sports Mileage

The Aspire should return about 11.5km/l in the city and 16km/l on the highway for the petrol manual engine, while the petrol auto should have an efficiency to 10km/l and 15km/l in city and on the highway respectively. The diesel should have an efficiency of about 16km/l in the city and about 19km/l on the highway.
