From the images, we can see that Pulsar 400 shares design similarities with the Pulsar N250. Yes, it will be available in naked version and we can expect a fared version to come in the coming months. Talking about the spy shots we can see the headlamp setup of the bike. It appears to be a projector LED unit with signature LED DRLs. Also, we can see LED indicators and upside down forks in gold. The front tyre looks like it is wearing wider rubber and overall, the bike looks pretty aggressive.

Towards the side we can see the bike looks pretty huge. The fuel tank is a chunkier unit which gets some stylish elements. Other noticeable elements are twin seat setup for driver and the pillion, underbelly engine protection, rear tyre hugger, and Pulsar 200NS style number plate holder. Apart from that, we are expecting the bike to come with all the advanced features. Being flagship Pulsar, it could get a high quality screen for digital instrument cluster, navigation, charging ports, traction control, ride-by-wire technology, and dual-channel ABS system.

Specifications

The Pulsar 400 will share the same engine from KTM which also powers the Dominar 400. It is a 373cc engine which produces 39bhp & 35Nm for Dominar, and 45bhp & 39Nm for the KTMs. So which state of tune will be offered for the NS400? Well, there is a gentlemen’s agreement between the Austrian and Pune based manufacturer to not make Bajaj products more powerful than the KTMs it manufactures, using the same powertrains. That said, the new Pulsar NS400 could produce more power than the Dominar but less than the Duke 390.
