Bajaj Auto is one of the household names when we talk about two-wheeler mobility in India. This brand is synonymous with affordability, comfort and efficiency when we talk about its bike range. It sells its two-wheelers in more than 70 countries which showcases its brand prowess. No doubt it has a serious range of bikes like the Pulsar, Dominar, CT100 and more. The recent launch of the Triumph Speed 400 has garnered some serious interest for both Bajaj and Triumph. Bajaj needs to build on this momentum and bring new bikes. In today’s article, let’s talk about these 2 new Bajaj bike in India.

Adventure bike

Apart from the Dominar and Pulsar series, nothing actually entices the Bajaj lineup. It actually needs to bring new products that could bring back the ball in its court. So, what do they need? With the increasing trend of adventure bikes, Bajaj should get a new adventure motorcycle to go against the Hero Xpulse. Both these brands, Hero and Bajaj have a stronghold in the affordable bike category. Also, when we look at the Xpulse, it offers a great VFM proposition along with Hero’s reliability. If Bajaj has to bring an adventure bike, it has to make it look spot-on and also make it as off-road-focused as the Xpulse. What about the engine? Bajaj does not have to worry on this side. It already has a big range of engines that it can plant into this new bike. Moreover, Bajajs’ brand name would also captivate buyers to consider it’s Xpulse competition bike. Talking about the bike, it should get an upswept exhaust, high ground clearance, LED headlamps, spoke wheels, long travel suspension and more to be at par with the Hero.

Bajaj Bullet rival bike in India

All of us are familiar with Bajaj’s iconic cruiser motorcycle – Avenger. This bike has been a major crowd-puller for the brand due to its distinctive cruiser styling. In the current scenario, Bajaj sells the Avenger in two iterations. A 150cc street version and a 220cc cruiser model. Though Bajaj has sold it for more than 15 years now, it has not got any major update to stand against its updated rivals. If Bajaj gives a proper update like a thumping sound note, retro-looking design elements, and balanced suspension to its famous ‘Avenger’ brand name, it could definitely prove a worthy competitor to the Royal Enfield Bullet. It already has the 400cc engine from the Dominar to power this cruiser.

  • its a trend now of cruizers and tourers which Bajaj has lost its advantage of having launched best cruizer in Kawasaki Eliminator way back at the turn of century. with the higher engine capacity Eliminator ergonomics would have given run for money to RE and be a front runner. Avanger series is no comparison to original Kawasaki Eliminators. Mine is still going strong even after 20 years. My dealer tells me that out of those bikes sold, not a single Eliminator engine came for overhaul except for some consumable parts.
