Toyota Hilux Modified

We came across a youtube video posted on Azad 4X4 channel which showcased the modified Toyota Hilux. In that video, we can see a Toyota Hilux which has been equipped with a canopy and the entire modification has been done by Azad 4X4. According to the presenter, the canopy has been imported from Thailand and has been manufactured by Sammitr. So what are the advantages of adding the canopy?

Perks Of Canopy

The biggest advantage of the canopy is that you can utilize the flatbed of the Hilux to its fullest. How? Well, Azad 4X4 adds a comfortable bed inside the canopy which is actually removable. Also, the overall interior colour of the canopy has been matched with the rest of the interior theme of the Hilux. To keep the passengers in comfort, the canopy has been equipped with bottle holders, storage spaces, and air conditioning system. It also has a sliding window if you want to enjoy the breeze. And finally, the lock of the gate has been synced with the central locking system of the Hilux.

Now if you are worried about the quality of the canopy, Sammitr has taken care of that. According to them, the canopy has been manufactured using galvanized steel which is made of high quality. Also, just like the other steel panels of cars are manufactured, for example the doors, the canopy is manufactured under the same process. The paint work is also done in a systematic manner and hence you can expect a factory-like paint finish.

Toyota Hilux Modified – Pricing

Azad 4X4 is an exclusive importer of these canopies in India. Talking about the pricing, the canopy alone will cost you for Rs 2.54 lakh. By paying an additional cost of Rs 53,000, you can opt for the interior kit from Azad 4X4. Finally, the AC kit and the sliding window have been priced at Rs 45,000 and Rs 18,000 respectively.
