Upcoming diesel cars

Kia’s next all-new car in the Indian car market could be the Clavis. For context, the Clavis is expected to sit between the Sonet and Seltos in Kia’s product lineup. From the spy images, the Clavis looks like an Exter-rivalling car. However, the Clavis has been spied on things like a 360-degree camera, panoramic sunroof, ventilated seats, 12 parking sensors (6 in front & 6 at the rear) and flush door handles. This hints that it is going to be positioned over the Sonet. Also, the Clavis interiors are expected to be better spaced out than the Sonet. Under the hood, the Clavis is expected to come with hybrid, EV and pure ICE options including diesel. It could come with a 1.5-litre diesel similar to the Sonet.
