The C-SUV segment is quite popular in India. This segment is led by none other than the Hyundai Creta. Many cars have tried taking on the Creta, but with limited success. However, the recently launched Grand Vitara could take on the Creta. The strong points of Grand Vitara are its hybrid setup and features. But the Grand Vitara could soon see a hybrid rival from Nissan. What are we talking about? The car we are talking about is the Juke. In today’s article, let’s talk about the Rs 12 lakh Grand Vitara rival.

Grand Vitara rival – The strongest point!

The Nissan Juke comes with two powertrain options. The first is a pure petrol 1.0-litre turbo engine capable of producing 115bhp and 200Nm of torque. Transmission options on this include a 6-speed manual and a DCT gearbox. The second engine is the strong point of the car with its hybrid setup. This 4-cylinder petrol engine is capable of producing 143bhp in conjunction with a battery-powered motor. Nissan didn’t reveal the mileage, but we can expect good mileage. With hybrid gaining populairty, the Juke’s hybrid setup could be the perfect rival to the Maruti Grand Vitara and Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder.
