Electric cars are incredibly easy to drive. To start with, there are no gears, so you can simply get in, put the car in drive and away you go. As there are no gears, there will be no lag. Even humble electric cars have great pick-up during the acceleration phase.

There are no such cons in buying an EV as a first-time car. However, there are some important points you should know. The initial acceleration mentioned above can catch the best drivers off-guard. So before buying an EV, you should be well versed in driving such a powerful car.
