Features the XUV700 misses out upon
The Mahindra XUV700 was one of the hotly anticipated cars in India. Each day auto channels would share spy shots of the XUV700 in testing such was its craze. Since its launch, Mahindra has done a commendable job of maintaining the craze. The XUV700 has done so by offering best-in-class features. It comes with features like Advanced Driver Assistance System (Level 1), the biggest sunroof, Sony’s surround sound system etc. But there are still some features that XUV700 misses out upon. In today’s article, we will see the features XUV700 misses out upon.
Ventilated seats
Ventilated seats are kind of a must-have feature in this price range. The Safari even offers ventilation in the second row. Mahindra should have given the XUV700 ventilated seats to match the competition.
XUV700 missed features- Auto-dimming IRVM
Surprisingly, Mahindra has missed such a small but important feature in the XUV700. It is a great feature for people driving at night. It automatically dims the light coming from the vehicles behind you. By doing this, it lessens fatigue on long drives.
Captain seats
The XUV700 comes with only 5&7seater options. Mahindra has missed a trick by not offering captain seat options. Captain seats give a more luxurious experience for second-row passengers. They offer an adjustable recline and better under-thigh support. With captain seats, Mahindra can even offer ventilated seats in the 2nd row.
XUV700 missed features- Powered tailgate
Another convenience feature that Mahindra has missed is a powered tailgate. In this segment, the MG Hector comes with a powered tailgate. So Mahindra could have given the XUV700 a powered tailgate. But to be fair to Mahindra, the tailgate of XUV700 is quite light as it is made up of fibre.
