Mahindra has its presence in almost all the major SUV segments in the country. Some of its SUVs simply rule the segment that they are positioned in. However all its SUVs give tough fight to the competition. One such SUV is the Mahindra XUV300. The car does give tough fight to the competition, however, does not cause a major dent in the overall sales of rivals. In order to do that, Mahindra is planning to replace the currently-available Mahindra XUV300. This article will discuss XUV300 facelift, the SUV that will replace the currently-available Mahindra XUV300.

Exterior styling

Mahindra XUV300 facelift

The XUV300 does look very aggressive when compared to the rivals. However, with the forthcoming update, we expect Mahindra to make the design even aggressive. Slight changes to the headlamps & tail lamps, bumpers and alloys will be done in order to keep the design fresh.

Interior styling

Mahindra is expected to update the interior as well. The dashboard on the Mahindra XUV300 looks outdated when compared to the rivals. We expect to see a modern dashboard on the facelift. New touchscreen infotainment system, rear AC vents, etc. will be added in order to make the cabin even more modern.

Specifications

The dimensions of the XUV300 will not be seeing an update with the facelift. However, what could see an update is the engine. Mahindra is touted to be working on a turbo-petrol engine for the XUV300 that will produce close to 130bhp. With this, Mahindra’s compact SUV will come powered by the powerful engine in its segment.

Mahindra XUV300 Facelift Features

Mahindra already offers the XUV300 with multiple segment-first features. Along with the existing ones, we expect Mahindra to add some more in order to make the XUV300 a very strong player in its segment. We expect Mahindra to borrow some features from the XUV700 and offer them with the XUV300. Personalised safety alerts, auto booster headlamps, basic AdrenoX UI could be some of the features that can be added.

Launch & pricing

  • I bought XUV300 W8(0) AMT last month. Its gear lag is horrible and there is no hill hold assist. Mileage is 10km/Litter. How come you say this is such a good vehicle. i went through lots of you videos and trusted them before making a decision for this car now I regret it
