It has a wheelbase of 2850mm and a ground clearance of 225mm. It is clear from the dimensions that the Endeavour is bigger in all aspects. Road presence is on the Endeavours side.
Specifications
The Fortuner comes with petrol and diesel engines. The 2.7-litre petrol engine produces 163bhp and 245Nm of torque. The 2.8-litre diesel engine produces 201bhp and 420Nm of torque. Both the engine comes mated with a manual and a torque converter gearbox. The car comes with 4×2 and 4×4 drive options.
The Endeavour comes only with a diesel engine option. The 2.0-litre diesel engine produces 167bhp and 420Nm of torque. The Endeavour only comes with an automatic gearbox option.

The Toyota Fortuner is priced from Rs 36.16 lakh and goes to Rs 46.28 lakh (on-road, Mumbai). While the Ford Endeavour starts from Rs 40.98 lakh and goes to Rs 43.92 lakh(on-road, Mumbai). The top variant of the Fortuner is the Legender variant which gets a different look and cooled seats. It however misses on the premium speakers and four wheel drive that the regular Fortuner get. The Endeavour on the other hand does not get the more trim options and is limited to only one engine and gearbox. The Endeavour is also less powerful than the Fortuner. Overall space in the car is also less. The interior does fell a bit more modern than the Toyota.
