Volkswagen recently unveiled the Taigun. This car shares its platform with the Skoda Kushaq. This car will enter the market in order to rival the Hyundai Creta. The Taigun gets a segment-first continuous LED tail-lamp, red brake callipers for the front wheels in the GT variant, fully digital instrument cluster and contrasting interiors to enhance its appeal among the youth.
Hyundai Alcazar
The Alcazar based on the Hyundai Creta. Being a Hyundai product, the car is bound to be premium on the inside as well as the outside. Also, the Alcazar as a product will be focused on cabin comfort, performance, features and safety. It will come powered by a 2.0-litre 3rd-gen Nu petrol engine and a 1.5-litre U2 diesel engine that will be capable of making 157bhp & 191Nm of torque and 113bhp & 250Nm of torque respectively. The petrol engine is capable of pushing 0-100kmph in under 10 seconds when paired with a manual gearbox.
Mahindra XUV700
The upcoming Mahindra XUV700 is bound to take the market by storm once it launches in the country. The XUV700 will come loaded with premium features like a single-piece display integrating an infotainment system & digital MID and ADAS. The SUV is expected to All-Wheel Drive as well for off-roading enthusiasts. The XUV700 once launches will raise the bar for other products in its segment.
Tata HBX
Tata HBX is the brand’s first micro SUV that will be a great option for buyers looking for budget-friendly cars that can give them the feel of an SUV. The car will come loaded with features like auto AC, a floating touchscreen infotainment system and a semi-digital instrument cluster to name some. It will be based on the ALFA-Arc platform and will follow Tata’s new design language that we get to see on cars like the Harrier and the Safari.
