These Royal Enfield service bikes will provide at-home assistance, maintenance and service in a timely and safe manner.

Royal Enfield calls this new program as “Service on Wheels” for India. The company promises that all the 800 bikes will carry tools, equipments and spare parts to address 80% of common issues found on its bikes.  This is an impressive number and proves to be a boon for Indian consumers. The program will be carried out by trained professionals who can expertly diagnose, repair and maintain the customer’s prized possession.

According to our sources, Royal Enfield Chief Commercial Officer Lalit Malik said, “The launch of Service on Wheels today endeavours to enhance the service experience for the customer in a way that is hassle-free and convenient without compromising on service quality.” This new program will also attract new customers who will not have to worry about the maintenance of their new bikes. The COVID has impacted the automobile sector quite adversely but things are starting to change.
