A few months back Tata Motors introduced features like ADAS and a bigger 10.25-inch touchscreen with the Red Dark editions of Tata Harrier and Tata Safari. Now we already know that both these SUVs are under testing and soon the facelift will be launched. Also, we have already speculated about some expected features through the spy shots but now a new spy shot has revealed an interesting element that Tata Harrier & Safari facelift will get a larger touchscreen!

Tata Harrier & Safari Facelift – Spy Shots

In the picture above you can clearly see the touchscreen system of the upcoming Tata Harrier and Safari. In the previous spy shots the display size was expected to be around 12-inches which was already bigger than the outgoing model.

However in this fresh spy shot the touchscreen is switched on and the over display size seems to be larger than 12-inches.

So it looks like Tata Motors is willing to offer what most of the customers are looking for.

What else could be changed?

Tata Safari Facelift

The overall design will get a major overhaul. Both the SUVs will get redesigned front and rear bumpers, redesigned headlamp setup, connected tail lamps, and a new set of alloy wheels.

Inside they will receive a refreshed dashboard along with an all new steering wheel with an illuminated Tata logo. Other expected features include a digital instrument cluster with updated graphics, rotary-styled gear knob, 360-degree camera, voice assisted sunroof, ventilated seats and LED headlamps.

Powertrain

The Harrier and Safari facelifts will continue to get the same 2.0-litre diesel engine which is capable of producing 168bhp and 350Nm of torque. It will be paired with a 6-Speed manual and a 6-Speed torque converter transmissions.

Tata Harrier & Safari Facelift – Launch & Pricing

Regarding the launch we do not have an exact date as of now but there are high possibilities that the Harrier & Safari facelift could be launched this year before the festive season. Also, with such heavy updates the prices will witness a hike from the outgoing models.
