2023 Tata Nexon facelift front leaked!

The Nexon facelift continues to grab everyone’s imagination in the country. Tata has been testing the car for some time now and we have been rigorously covering all the information related to it. Now as the launch gets near, the front design of the car has been spotted undisguised. So without wasting any time, let’s talk about the 2023 Tata Nexon facelift.

Front design

The Tata Nexon facelift front has been spied on for the first time. Thank you to India AutoTech for sharing the photos. There are a lot of changes as expected. At the front, the grille has gotten upright compared to the sloping one offered on the outgoing model. Then we have a blacked-out element that houses the DRL. Below that, we have the headlamps. The overall design looks heavily inspired by the Curvv concept. Other spotted things include a new air dam and a 360-degree camera.

Tata Nexon new 2023 – What else do we know?

The interior was not spotted in these spy shots, but the interiors are also going to get a major revamp. We can expect a new dashboard layout with a 10-inch infotainment system in the middle. Other added features could include a digital instrument cluster, 360-degree camera, LED headlamps & an updated IRA system. 

Specifications

The Nexon facelift should mostly continue with the 1.2-litre turbo petrol and 1.5-litre diesel engine. Transmission-wise, the petrol engine could come with a new DCA gearbox. Talking about the new gearbox, there are rumours we could also see the new 1.2-litre turbo petrol engine on the Nexon facelift. This engine will be overkill for the segment, but let’s wait & watch. 

Tata Nexon new 2023 – Launch timeline

The Tata Nexon facelift launch is just around the corner. Tata has already sent us the media drive invitations for the 4th and 5th of September. This means that the launch will happen around a similar time frame. What about the pricing? Pricing-wise, we can expect a major hike considering the new changes and features.
