The Tata Nexon is currently leading the SUV segment in India. In the last few years, Nexon has just skyrocketed in popularity. Tata knows that it can’t let this momentum slip and is not taking any second chances. It is working on the Nexon facelift. Now we have new spy shots of the facelift revealing an exciting feature. In today’s article, let’s talk about the new Nexon interior.

New spy shots

This spy video was posted on the Youtube channel of Roy Cruiser. The car is covered in heavy camouflage, but it seems to be the Nexon from the overall silhouette. We have been covering the exterior, but in this video we get a sneak peek into the interior. Straight away we can spot the two-spoke steering wheel similar to the Curvv concept. It has a black element in the middle, could it be a screen? Only time will tell. The video didn’t show the centre console, but we can see a floating infotainment system. Also, the seats are finished in purple contour giving a premium look.

What else to expect?

The Tata Nexon facelift is sure to get several exterior changes. For starters, we have a new DRL setup and headlamp design. We can also expect some new features like a 360-degree camera, digital instrument cluster etc. Tata could also give the Nexon ADAS making it the first car in this segment to get ADAS. Though no spy shots have shown the ADAS module, so take this information with a pinch of salt. In terms of specifications, we can expect the new 1.2-litre turbo petrol and a 1.5-litre diesel engine.
