One major aspect where the Safari lacks far behind the XUV700 is in terms of features. Tata is planning to add some new modern-day features to the Safari. Our sources report that there is a new infotainment system that would be bigger in terms of size. It could also host some new features like a 360-degree parking system and more car tech features. Additionally, Tata could also put ADAS to rival the XUV700. Recently, one of our readers also spotted the Harrier facelift with features that could come in the Safari as well.

Tata Safari facelift-Design
Dimensions of the Safari are going to be intact as it is going to be a facelift. We can expect a refreshed design for the front and rear bumpers along with a reworked front grille. Tata could also tweak the headlamps and tail lamps for indulging more attention. Already the Safari has enough road presence and adding more character to the look might create buzz.
Tata Safari facelift-Specifications
Tata was planning to launch a petrol engine for Harrier and Safari but it is not the companies top priority right now. It would be a 4-cylinder turbo petrol,1.5-litre engine that could make around 150 bhp of power. So, Tata will continue to sell the 2.0-litre Kryotec Diesel which is the only engine currently on sale. Moreover, to maintain the Safari culture, the new car would get a reworked suspension setup for better off-road capabilities.
Price & Launch
Tata is expected to launch the Safari facelift in early 2023. The brand could lower the cost of the car with the introduction of a petrol motor. But mostly we will be seeing the addition of features, changes in design, headlights and also the introduction of new colors and variants.
