Two famous SUVs getting an update in 2023

The SUV market continues to grow at a rapid pace. Everyone wants to buy a right now. So why is this happening? The major reasons are the high ground clearance and commanding driving position. In the SUV segment, Compact-SUVs are in high demand. The front runners in this segment are the Hyundai Creta and Kia Seltos. Both these SUVs will be getting a major update in 2023. In today’s article, we will talk about these two famous SUVs. 

Hyundai Creta facelift

A car that has defined this segment is the Hyundai Creta. The Creta got a generational update in 2022. So why is Hyundai updating it so soon? The major reason is the rising competition in this segment. Hyundai has already launched this Creta facelift in Indonesia. So what’s new? Straight away, we see the new jewel-shaped grille. This makes it more in line with the new Tucson. Other than that, we also have a new tailgate and taillamp design. In terms of features, it now gets a new digital instrument cluster and multi-colour ambient. What about ADAS? Yes, the new Creta will get ADAS functionality to take on the competition.  

Famous SUVs- Kia Seltos

The Seltos is a car that has come closest to dethrone the Creta. Since its launch in 2019, it has garnered high praise for its bold design and features. But the Seltos haven’t received any major update since 2019. Kia knows this and is working on its facelift. Recently the facelift was spotted testing in India. So what new things will it get? Kia might just give some subtle changes to the exterior. We expect major changes in the feature list. Like Creta, it is expected to get ADAS functionality. Other new features could include a panoramic sunroof and an electronic parking brake.
