All new Rs 20 lakh Tata SUV coming next year!
Tata recently revealed its newest Curvv concept. The production-spec Curvv is expected to debut in early 2023 or 2024. The production-based car will come in ICE as well as EV avatar. The Curvv-based SUV will go against some prominent names in the market today. In today’s article, we will discuss the Rs 20 lakh Tata SUV.
Design
The Curvv concept showcases Tata’s digital design language. Though we might not see all these elements on the production car but Tata will look to bring as many design elements as possible. Like other Tata SUVs, it will get eyebrow DRLs with headlamps on the bumper. The production car will get traditional ORVMs. On the side, we will see the coupe design with a sloping roofline. At the rear, we will get inverted L-shaped tail lamps with a reflector strip in the middle.
Rs 20 lakh Tata SUV – Interior design
The Curvv concept shown by Tata had a lot of futuristic elements. Most of it might not make it to the production-spec car but some features like the floating infotainment system can be expected on the Curvv SUV. We might also see a digital instrument cluster and ambient lighting. It remains to be seen if Tata gives it a two-spoke or a three-spoke steering wheel. The Curvv SUV will most likely get a panoramic sunroof and an electric tailgate.
Specifications
Tata didn’t reveal the exact specifications of the Curvv concept but considering how important the Curvv concept is to the brand, it is expected to come with segment-leading specifications. The production spec of the Currv-based EV is expected to give a range above 400km. Tata did reveal that it will first bring the EV version of the Curvv followed by an ICE alternative.
