Indian market is filled with a variety of cars. New cars get added to this long list every year. However, manufacturers not only focus on bringing new cars but also keep updating their existing ones to keep them fresh for new buyers. There are many cars in India currently that do need an update as they have not been updated for quite some time. In this article, we have listed five cars that might finally get an update very soon.

New Maruti Vitara Brezza

The Maruti Brezza is a sub-four-metre compact SUV. Maruti will soon be launching the all new Brezza. This car will get many modern features that the current generation misses out on. The Brezza will now come with a 9.0-inch Suzuki SmartPlay Pro Plus infotainment system, Suzuki Smart Connect, 360-degree parking camera, sunroof, a heads-up display and paddle shifters.

New generation Mahindra Scorpio

Mahindra Scorpio holds a strong legacy in the brand’s SUV lineup. We will be seeing the new generation Mahindra Scorpio very soon. It is expected to share its engines with the Thar and the XUV700. It will get features like AdrenoX, a big infotainment system, sunroof, dual-zone climate control, and many more. Perhaps, it might miss out on a premium feature of XUV700 like the ADAS.

Car updates – Kia Seltos Facelift

Kia India launched its first car, the Seltos in India in 2019. We are expect the Seltos would get a facelift in India this year. More features like ambient lighting, ADAS, electronic parking brake with Auto Hold, panoramic sunroof, etc. are expected to be added. In terms of safety, it might get six-airbags and all-wheel disc brakes as standard.

Tata Harrier Facelift

Tata Harrier was launched back in January 2019. The car has not seen any major update since then. We might get to see its facelift in the coming time. Tata is expected to make this car available with a petrol engine as well. Tata is working on a new petrol engine for its big cars. We expect it to be a 1.5-litre turbo-petrol unit. Also, the new Harrier might get the 4WD option. After the addition of 4WD, it will be even easier to use it on rough terrains.

Car updates – Hyundai Venue facelift

The Venue has been long waiting for an update in the Indian market. The car which was once amongst the top-sellers in the market did lose its charm to the new entrants as well as old rivals that were updated on a timely basis. Hyundai, finally is bringing the Venue facelift to India in the coming months. The car will see a major overhaul in its headlamp and tail lamp design along with the some important additions being done to the feature list. The Venue is expected to now come with a bolder exterior design.
