Park in Shade
Parking in shade is the simplest thing that you can do to keep your car shape. Apart from blocking direct sunlight it also keeps the car relatively clean from bird droppings and other things that might damage the paint.

Park opposite to the sun
If you are parking on the road figure out where the sun is and park the car facing away from it. This will keep the sun from hitting the front side which has the biggest glass area. The rear window can be tinted or you can place something that could block the sunlight.
This also prevents from the seats getting heated from the front. Also, the seat fabric might remain quite safe if you do this consciously while parking every time.

Ventilated Seats
Ventilated seats are not available on all cars. You could get one of these plug play seats which works as a cooling seat. This makes sure that your back remains sweat-free.
Cover with a towel
The dashboard does get affected the most due to head-on sunlight. Just carry a dark coloured towel that can cover the entire dashboard and cover it when parked in sun. You can do the same with the seats. This relatively keeps that temperature down on the material and also protects colour.
Sun Protector
