Nissan Magnite is going to be the first compact SUV in the Indian Market. A lot of high hopes were there for the upcoming Nissan Magnite and now with the prices leaked this SUV makes a great deal. Here is all you need to know about the Nissan Magnite Bookings.

Nissan Magnite Bookings

Nissan Magnite unofficial bookings have been started at Rs 11,000 – Rs 25,000 depending on variant. There are in all 7 variants which are explained in detail here – Nissan Magnite Variants leaked. Nissan Magnite bookings can be done at any Nissan showroom by contacting the dealer. Once the official booking starts there will also be an option of online booing too.

Magnite will have 4 main variants which will further bifurcate into 7 options depending upon the engine you take. The 4 basic trims are XE, XL, XV and XV Premium. The Base XE comes with only one engine and its price is Rs 5.5 lakhs.

Nissan Magnite will also offer a TECH Pack which will cost Rs 30,000. It will offer wireless charging pad, JBL system and puddle lamps. There will also air purifier and ambient lighting for the cabin. The only catch with the TECH pack is that it is not available on the XL and XE.

The most high-end version which comes with CVT is priced at Rs 9.55 lakhs. This pricing structure undercuts the Kia Sonet and makes it Rs 1.2 lakhs cheaper. It also comes under premium hatchbacks and even the Swift Dzire.

Engines

The Nissan Magnite will get both 1.0-litre petrol engines. One of them will be turbocharged and will be available from XL variant. This will also get the option of CVT gearbox. The naturally aspirated engine will make 72 bhp of power and 96 Nm of torque. The car will also have 5-speed gearbox as standard and as of now, there is no automatic for it. The other turbocharged engine will make almost 100 bhp of power and peak torque of 160 Nm.  With the CVT the output is different but the mileage will be on the rising end.
