Nissan Magnite Variants leaked

Nissan is ready to enter the sub-4-metre compact SUV segment with the upcoming Magnite. They are hoping the Magnite to be more successful than the Kicks and Duster which could not stand against the Hyundai Creta. The Magnite will sit below the Kicks and the lower price point and the feature-packed car might be crucial for the company’s portfolio. Nissan Magnite Variants have been leaked and here is all that is available on a certain variant.

Engine

There will be 2 engine option and 2 gearboxes including a CVT automatic. The Nissan Magnite will have a 1.0-litre turbocharged petrol engine. This will have 5-speed manual gearbox and there will also be a CVT on offer. The naturally aspirated 1.0-litre engine will have 5-speed gearbox. The engine non-turbo engine will make 72 Bhp power with 96 Nm of Torque. The turbo petrol is expected to hit close to 95 Bhp of power and 150 Nm of torque.

Variants

Overall the Nissan Magnite variants will consist of 5 variants namely, XE, XL, XV, XV Premium and XV Premium(O).

XE

The XE will be the base variant and will come with an Introductory price which will keep it price low for the first few weeks. It will have the 1.0-litre naturally-aspirated engine. The gearbox will be only manual and the car will miss out on most of the features. It will have power windows, 16-inch wheels, skid plates, dual-tone interiors, roof rails and manual AC as standard. The base variant will also have 3.5-inch LED display on the instrument cluster.

XL

The CVT transmission will be available from this Nisan Magnite variant. In features it will have climate control, 6 speakers 2-din Audio system, electric adjustable ad foldable ORVMS and Steering mounted audio controls. The CVT variants will have start/stop button and i-key with request sensors.

XV

The XV variant will come below the top-end variants. It will have the LED daytime running lights, LED fog lamps and rear camera. Diamond cut alloy wheels will be available from this variant onwards. The centre console will have a 7-inch multi-information display. One can also opt for 8-inch floating touchscreen infotainment with wireless Android Auto and Apple Carplay.

XV premium

The XV Premium is the top-end variant that will be offered on the Nissan Magnite. It gets LED projector headlamps, LED indicators, TPMS and 360 camera along with cruise control. The car also gets Nissan Connect.
