The Honda Aviator has always been seen as a unique and premium product in the 110cc scooter department.  However, people seem to love the scooter due to its smoothness and Honda’s reliability and brand value. Find out below about all the modifications done to the Honda Aviator Scooter to make it look like a Black Devil.

More about Modifications

The modifications done by the user to his Honda Aviator are purely cosmetic changes.  There are no changes to the powertrain or chassis of the scooter. This particular Honda Aviator gets a complete all-black finish for all the components, including the alloy wheels, rear pillion grab rail front apron garnish. Even the turn indicators are tinted in an all-black theme, which does house LED blinkers at both front and rear.

The modifications do not end there. This Honda Aviator also gets many add-ons to increase the overall look of the machine. At the front, it has dual projector headlamp, single-sided LED fog lamp, C shaped faux air vents with LED strips to take care of the lighting of the vehicle.  Using all of them at night simultaneously can certainly create visibility issues for oncoming traffic.

The Honda Aviator Black Devil also gets an integrated 12V charging socket as well as a fake nitro charger cylinder. The cylinder is just a gimmick and doesn’t add to the scooter’s performance.  This modified Honda Aviator gets a few stickers to its side body panels, which increase its outrageous appeal. Just adjacent to the instrument console, this Aviator also gets an add-on cylindrical aftermarket tachometer. The overall look of this scooter is quite unique and lives up to its name of Black Devil.

The Honda Aviator, had been discontinued by Honda prior to the commencement of BS-6 era, used to get the same four-stroke, single-cylinder, air-cooled, 109.2cc engine from the Honda Activa. This engine used to produce a maximum power output of 8.1 PS and a peak torque output of 8.94 Nm. All these performance figures were quite sufficient for a scooter of its segment. It was not the sportiest of all but stood out due to its unique offering.
