New TVS Apache Unveil on 4th November

TVS has put out a teaser of an unveil on 4th November. Here are our expectations for this TVS event on 4th November. The company has announced a webcast which will be a “virtual showcase of a new offering” of its “premium brand”. Here is all you need to know about the New TVS Apache unveil.

The teaser image of the new TVS Apache unveil event clearly shows the silhouette of the new Apache headlight. The teaser states a world premiere which suggests that the unveiling might be an international product.

TVS’s statement on 310 platform

K. N. Radhakrishnan, President, CEO & Additional Whole-Time Director, TVS Motor Company told in an interview that the Hosur-based manufacturer will “possibly” launch a new motorcycle based on the 310 cc platform sometime next year.

Either this is going to be the RR310 streetfighter version or the 4V design update to the 180 Apache. The Apache 180 has been long-awaited for this 4V update and updating it will mean that all the Apache’s will look same except for the RR310.

TVS Street Fighter RR310

The more unexpected part of the New TVS Apache unveil will be the streetfighter RR310. There won’t be any engine changes to the bike. It will be the same reverse inclined engine with a displacement of 312cc. This engine is capable of producing 34 bhp of power and 27.3 Nm of torque. The reason why this is not a possibility for 4th is that TVS has not been spotted testing such a motorcycle yet. Also, the unveiling has been announced on such short notice that it doesn’t seem to be such an important product like TVS Street Fighter RR310.

Festive Colour scheme

Lastly, this New TVS Apache unveil would be just a new limited period colour offer which TVS has planned of the festive season. This might be for just the Apache 200 4V and 160 4V. There is no clarity on which colours might be there. None of the Apache dealers have received new bike which makes us unaware of Apache’s plans.
