New Hyundai i20 to Launch Soon in India
The COVID pandemic has delayed many car launched but none have been cancelled from Hyundai’s side. Hyundai recently launched the all-new Creta, Verna and Tucson. This was only in the Indian market. Hyundai also launched the Venue Flux and many other cars in the global market too. All of Hyundai India’s cars are BS6 compliant now. A facelift of the premium hatchback i20 may be seen soon. Launch in India
This car is already available in the global market and may appear here soon. The current generation Hyundai i20 has been around since 2014 and needs a facelift dearly. We wish Hyundai will launch the car soon for its domestic consumers here.
What is new in the car?
Hyundai will overhaul the exteriors and interiors of the car. The car will be made more premium looking whilst retaining its sporty looks. The third-generation Hyundai i20 is already being sold in the global markets like Korea and Europe. Hyundai is highlighting the addition of Sensuous Sportiness design elements in the new car and we love it too.
Strong angular lines are a part of the package and present throughout the body. The exterior looks sleek yet streamlined. C-pillar gets special details added to it too. Shark fin antenna and i20 badging inside the taillight! Yes you heard it right, inside the taillamp adds a unique touch to the car. The rear look is also quite different and has a horizontal LED light connecting the taillights.
Change in interiors
The interior looks spacious, airy and comfortable with a modern touch. Horizontal blades on the dashboard are its USP. Premium Bose Sound system is also included. Both infotainment system and instrument cluster only have digital screens.

Engine and Performance
Hyundai says, “ Electrification is the main highlight of this new car.” 1.0-litre turbo petrol, 1.2-litre Petrol and 1.5-litre Diesel engine in on the offer. Mild Hybrid technology is also present. Hyundai’s iMT and a manual transmission are available on offer.
