2020 Renault Triber AMT – Price and Other Details

Renault Triber was expected to launch soon with an AMT gearbox. Today the car is launched and here is the complete pricing structure on all the variants of the vehicle. Also, the changes in every variant of the 2020 Renault Triber AMT have been explained.

Renault Triber Price

The 2020 Renault Triber AMT pricing starts from Rs 6.18 lakhs. The pricing goes up to 7.22 lakhs. The 2020 Renault Triber AMT is available in 3 variants. The base variant skips the AMT gearbox. The booking of the Triber AMT has been opened on the website and the Official MY Renault App. There will also be select dealerships across the country that will open today.

The prices of the Manual variants have been increased by Rs 4000 as compared to the past pricing of the BS6 Triber. The AMT gearbox of the same variant costs roughly Rs 40,000 more.

Deliveries and Test Drives

The deliveries are expected from the upcoming weeks. As for the test drives, those will be done only at showrooms keeping the norms of social distancing and the guidelines of safety. My Renault App provides all the details that are required to be eligible for a test drive.

2020 Renault Triber AMT Other Changes

The only change on the new variant lineup is the gearbox. The car remains unchanged technically. There is no difference in the power output of the vehicle; it gives out a power of 72 bhp and the torque is at 96 Nm. The car gets a 1.0 litre naturally aspirated 3 cylinder engine. The car claims a mileage of 20 km/l. Now with the AMT gearbox, it is expected to see a drop in mileage.

There is news that there will be also another Turbo Petrol engine for the Triber.

Which will be a performance-focused engine for better power and handling.

2020 Renault Triber AMT Features

The features of the 2020 Renault Triber AMT won’t be any different than the existing manual versions.  The RxZ variant of the car will have 4 airbags and a rear defogger and wiper. It will also feature a rear camera and parking sensors. It also will have a new infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay and phone-based navigation. The car has a steep competition with the Datsun go plus which is priced in the same range.
