Adventure bikes have become the new rage over all the world. It is the same in the Indian market too. Honda, one of the biggest two-wheeler manufacturers in India, is looking to cash in on this popularity. Honda is working on the CRF190L for the market like India, Philippines and China. Recently its details were leaked. In China, it will be manufactured by Sundrio Honda joint venture. In today’s article, we will look at this leaked Honda CRF190L.

Leaked Honda CRF190L details

This motorcycle also sports a unique design, sharing similarities with the upcoming Translap. This CRF90L will be based on the XR190L platform. XR190L is a dual-purpose offering popular in markets like South America. The engine is a 184.4cc single-cylinder engine making 14bhp and 15.7Nm of torque. The Hornet and CB200x sold in India produce more power. The bike has a wheelbase of 1387mm in length. The bike also weighs 145 kilograms or 50 kilograms with the optional soft luggage. It has 240mm of ground clearance and a seating height of 830mm. It gets wheels of 19-17-inch spoke wheels with dual-purpose tires. This bike could easily be a competition for the Hero XPluse 200 which is the budget dual-sport available in India.

Leaked Honda CRF190L Design

The motorcycle comes with Honda’s reb/blue livery found on its other bikes. To personify its adventure persona, it gets dominating stance with a long windscreen. Other exterior features include single-seat, long & wide handlebar, spoke wheels and also crash guards. 

Will it come to India?

There is no confirmation from Honda if the bike will arrive in the Indian market. It might bring it to India, but Honda recently introduced the CB200X that uses the Hornet platform.
