To be honest, I liked the page so much that I went on to check all the pages on the website. Most of the information, that I was looking for, was easily available.

It is just so easy to navigate. Large text size made it easy to read even for my dad without his glasses. What I liked more is the website is mobile friendly too. In today’s world, we all are going mobile. I did browser on it through by 5-inch smartphone screen and it was good enough. With the increase use of smartphone, we order and book most of the things through a mobile phone. With the world moving mobile, not too many bank websites are even mobile-friendly site. For a website, user experience and information are the most important aspects and this was visible on YES BANK website.

The most important aspect for a car loan is the trust factor that a bank should built up with the customer. The process needs to be transparent and fast. Most of the banks under processes for about 15-20 days, with us being in the dark. YES guarantees two day service and faster processing than the rest. What’s more an executive will come to your home and get all the documents filled up. You do not have to go to their local branch. I think this is what other banks need to look up to and follow it as an example.
