New Maruti Swift – What’s new?

We have already shared detailed information about the design of the new Swift, so we are keeping that short today. For starters, Suzuki has maintained the overall silhouette of the old Swift which has been loved for decades. However, it gets new blacked out headlamps with new front grille and bumpers. The side profile is the same with new alloy wheels and repositioned door handles. This has helped Suzuki to add a quarter glass panel, making the cabin feel less claustrophobic. At the rear, the new Swift gets clear lens tail lamps and new rear bumpers.

Interior & Features

The new Swift gets an all new dashboard which is similar to other Maruti cars like Baleno and Fronx. It is a multi layered dashboard with light colours all over the dashboard and cabin. However, we may see all black interiors on the inside. It also gets a new 9.0-inch touchscreen system along with other features like blind spot monitoring system, ARKAMYS surround sound system, connected car technology, and more. Globally, the Swift also gets an electronic parking brake and ADAS but Suzuki will likely not get those features on the Indian variant.
