Upcoming Kia SUV

The Clavis is going to be quite a unique product as it is going to sit between the Seltos and Sonet in Kia’s product lineup. Dimension-wise, this sub-4m SUV will be similar to the Sonet. However, the new Kia Clavis is expected to get features similar to the Seltos.

Spy shots have already confirmed the presence of radar-based ADAS, panoramic sunroof, 12 parking sensors (6 at the front & 6 at the rear), flush door handles and more. Also, the interior space management of the Clavis will be better compared to Sonet. Overall, the Clavis will have compact dimensions for better navigation in city traffic but also have all the features and space of its bigger sibling. In a way, Kia will be offering the best of both worlds (Sonet & Seltos) in the Clavis.

Another major advantage of the Clavis is going to be the plethora of engine and transmission options it is going to offer. According to reports, it could come with turbo petrol, hybrid, electric and diesel engine options. It is expected to come with 1.0-litre turbo petrol and 1.5-litre diesel that power the Sonet.
