The waiting period for XUV700 has dropped considerably in the last few months. Starting with the base MX variant, it now has a waiting period of approximately two months. AX3 and AX5 variants have a waiting period of one to two months. For the AX7 and AX7L variants, you have a waiting period of three to four months and four to five months, respectively. The waiting periods for both petrol and diesel variants are similar. 

Specifications

The Mahindra XUV700 comes with the most powerful petrol and diesel engines in its segment. It comes with a 2.0-litre turbo petrol engine capable of producing 197bhp and 380Nm of torque. Transmission options include manual and automatic gearbox options. Diesel duties are handled by a 2.2-litre unit that comes in two tunes. The first tune produces 153bhp and 360Nm of torque, while the higher variants get 182bhp and 420Nm/450Nm of torque. The lower tune only comes with a manual gearbox, while the higher one comes with manual and automatic options. There is also an optional AWD option if you want.

Pricing of the XUV700 starts from Rs 16.84 lakh and goes to Rs 32.38 lakh (on-road, Mumbai). The price of XUV700 petrol starts from Rs 16.84 lakh and goes to Rs 29.65 lakh, while the diesel variants start from Rs 17.65 lakh and go to Rs 32.38 lakh (on-road, Mumbai).
