Design
Hyundai has already unveiled the design of the Exter. The Hyundai Exter comes with a boxy design language at the front. At the front, we have an upright grille with H-shaped DRLs. Headlamps are placed adjacent to the grille. In the side profile, you have some arches giving it a muscular look. At the rear, you could again see H-shaped tail lamps with indicators placed below them. From the spy shots, it seems like the Exter has a good amount of road presence.

The Hyundai Exter will come with a 1.2-litre petrol engine. This engine could produce 81bhp and 113Nm of torque. Transmission options include a manual and an AMT gearbox. For mileage-conscious buyers, the Exter will also come with a CNG option.

Being a Hyundai car, we can expect a plethora of features on the Exter. Hyundai has confirmed some features like the sunroof, TPMs, ambient sounds of nature, 8.0-inch infotainment, digital instrument cluster, connected car technology and dual-dash camera.

The pricing of the Exter is expected to start from Rs 7 lakh (on-road, Mumbai and go to Rs 13 lakh (on-road, Mumbai). As a product, the Exter will rival products like the Tata Punch, Nissan Magnite, Renault Triber, Maruti Fronx and Citroen C3.
