With the Harrier, Tata did something unique by offering a proper mid-size SUV with 5 seats. This arrangement provided a lot of interior space which was missing in other smaller 5-seaters. After the Harrier, several new cars have joined this segment. Tata has stayed ahead of the curve by bringing updates to the Harrier. It recently launched the Harrier Red Dark Edition with cosmetic changes and new features. But what about a design overhaul? That could happen with the facelift. In today’s article, let’s talk about the 2024 Tata Harrier facelift.

Design changes?

2024 Tata Harrier

The Tata Harrier facelift is yet to be spotted in testing, but the Safari facelift has been spotted. The Safari facelift had a Harrier EV-inspired front grille design. Tata had also updated the air dams and bumpers. At the rear, the Safari facelift sported bigger taillamps with a connecting strip in the middle. So we have been talking about the Safari facelift, what about the Harrier facelift? We expect similar changes on the Harrier facelift with some minor changes.

What else to expect?

Tata has already loaded the Harrier Red Dark edition with all the features like ADAS, a 10-inch infotainment system, a digital instrument cluster etc. So the facelift would be more of a design update. But Tata could still add some more features like 12-inch infotainment and more USB chargers. Tata could also introduce the new 1.5-litre turbo petrol engine on the Harrier, but that is highly unlikely as Tata wants to first introduce this engine on the Curvv.

2024 Tata Harrier – Launch timeline

2024 Tata Harrier

Tata has recently launched the Red Dark edition of the Harrier. So Tata will be looking to do decent enough sales of this edition before bringing the facelift. We think Tata could launch the Harrier facelift in mid or late 2024. Pricing-wise, it could be Rs 60k to Rs 80k more expensive than the current model.
