Maruti cars were never known for their features. Most of its cars were the least feature-loaded cars in their respective segments. However, Maruti is changing the tide as we have seen on the new Baleno, Brezza and Grand Vitara. But still, all these cars don’t match up to the level of Maruti’s next 7-seater. In today’s article, let’s talk about Maruti car with most features.
Maruti Innova development
Maruti and Toyota have been sharing several cars in India and globally too. Globally, Suzuki sells the badge-engineered RAV4 as A-Cross. In India, we are yet to see a true Toyota car getting the badge-engineered treatment. This could change as reportedly Toyota will be offering the Innova to Maruti. This will help Maruti to bridge a gap as it climbs the premiumness ladder.
Most feature-loaded Maruti
Toyota has already taken the wraps off the Innova HyCross. It is one of the most feature-loaded Toyota cars with features like Toyota Safety Sense (ADAS), a panoramic sunroof, captain seats with Ottoman features, a 10.1-inch infotainment system, an electronic parking brake etc. We expect all these features to make their way to Maruti’s iteration of the Innova. These features will make it one of the most feature-loaded cars in Maruti’s stable.
Maruti car features – Pricing and launch details
The Maruti iteration would be more or less identical to the Toyota Innova HyCross. So will it be cheaper than the Innova HyCross? It is highly unlikely as Maruti will be buying the product from Toyota, and would be priced higher. What about the launch? Maruti is expected to launch the Innova six months after Toyota. Toyota has unveiled the car, but the launch is expected to happen in January 2023. So the Maruti Innova could see the light of the day sometime in the second half of 2023.
