What else has Kia changed? The Sonet X Line gets a new alloy wheel design and silver brake callipers. Coming to the interiors, we have a new dual-tone colour for the seat upholstery. The seats and steering wheel get orange-coloured stitching. Other than this, the Sonet X Line gets no feature change.

Hyundai’s N Line car comes with more cosmetic changes than mechanical changes. So it comes with the same 1.0-litre turbo petrol engine capable of producing 118bhp & 172Nm of torque. Hyundai has however done some tuning to the suspension in order to make it firmer which will result in a firm ride quality. It has tuned the steering wheel for better handling as well. A sportier exhaust note has also been made available.

The Sonet X Line retains the same engine options as the regular Sonet. It comes with a 1.0-litre turbo petrol capable of producing 118bhp & 172Nm of torque and a 1.5-litre diesel engine capable of producing 113bhp & 250Nm of torque. The Sonet X Line only comes with automatic gearbox options.

Venue N Line vs Sonet X Line – Pricing

The pricing of the Venue N Line starts from Rs 14.39 lakhs and goes to Rs 15.72 lakhs (on-road, Mumbai). The Venue N Line comes in two variants – N6 and N8. On the other hand, the Sonet X Line starts from Rs 15.82 lakh and goes to Rs 16.88 lakhs (on-road, Mumbai).

Conclusion

Venue N Line vs Sonet X Line

The Venue N Line does look more value for money than the Sonet X Line. Overall the Venue N line offers four disc brakes, a dual dash camera and better-tuned suspension. So, does it mean that the Sonet X Line is not worth it? To some extent, it is overpriced, but then again you have the unique colour, which will help you stand out. Also, the Sonet X Line offers more features and is more premium than the Venue N Line. One more thing is the availability of diesel engine, which definitely accentuates the fun-to-drive factor. So the final choice will be down to what matters to you more. One thing to keep in mind is that the Venue N Line will go easy on your pocket.
