Mahindra KUV100 – Variants and Feature Details

Mahindra will be launching its new compact SUV – the KUV100 on 15th January 2016. The KUV100 will have all-new petrol and diesel engines which are 1.2-litre units.

The KUV100 will be available in four variants, namely K2, K4, K6 and K8. The feature wise breakup is as below:

K2

•  ABS with EBD
•  Body coloured bumpers
• Rear spoiler
• Manual AC with heater
• Front arm rest
• Gearshift indicator
• Steel wheels

K4 (in addition to K2)

• Power windows
• Central locking
• Body coloured door handles and wing flaps.
• Wheel-arch cladding
• Mud flaps and wheel caps
• Foldable rear seat

K6 (in addition to K4)

• Chrome garnish on grille
• Blackened B-pillar
• Roof rails and roof-mounted antenna
• Door side cladding
• Piano black trim on centre console
•  Six speaker audio system
• Driver’s seat height adjust.
• Rear arm rest
• Key-less Entry
• Electrically adjustable wing mirrors
• Cooled glove box
• Follow-me-home headlamps and courtesy lamps
• Power and Eco drive modes

K8(in addition to K6)

• Front Fog lamps with chrome inserts
• Courtesy lamps on all all doors
• Silver-accents on door handles
• Alloy wheels
• Micro Hybrid feature
• Daytime running lamp.

In addition to these, there will be a safety back available on all variants which will offer dual airbags.

Mahindra will offer a safety pack that includes dual airbags across all variants.

ABS shall feature on all variants as standard.

The KUV100 is expected to be priced around INR 4 lakhs to INR 6 lakhs and the bookings for it are open and dealers have started accepting the booking for INR 10,000.
