Mahindra
Mahindra is a brand well known for its rugged and sturdy SUVs and their powerful engines. The brand offers a warranty of three years on their popular SUVs like XUV300, XUV700, Thar, Bolero, Bolero Neo, and Alturas G4. The brand also offers a three-year warranty on its MPV the Marazzo. Mahindra Scorpio is the only car from Mahindra that gets a two-year warranty period. However, buyers can opt for an extended period of two years at an additional cost. Three years warranty with unlimited kilometers and five years extended warranty up to 150,000 kilometers of running at an extra cost.
Hyundai
The second-largest carmaker in the country, Hyundai also offers a warranty period of three years. Hyundai cars are popular for their unique design, features, and value for money. Hyundai Creta, Venue, i20, Grand i10 Nios, Verna, Aura, Alcazar, Elantra, and Santro are cars from Hyundai that are currently available for sale in India and all get three years warranty period. The warranty for the fourth and fifth years can be extended at an additional cost by the buyers.
Kia Motors
Kia Motors is a subsidiary company that’s partially owned by Hyundai Motors. The brand has established itself in India with popular products like Seltos and Sonet. The brand also offers a luxurious MPV, the Kia Carnival. Kia Motors also offers a three years warranty period for all three cars currently sold in India. The warranty for the fourth and fifth years can be extended at an additional cost by the buyers.
Morris Garage
Morris Garage is a brand that has recently entered India. MG is known for its spacious, feature-loaded, and rugged-looking SUVs. The MG Astor and MG Gloster get a three-year warranty period. While other cars from the brand like MG Hector, MG ZS EV, Hector Plus get five years warranty period. Three years warranty period can be extended up to five years at an additional cost.
Honda
Honda is a Japanese automobile manufacturer that founded a subsidiary company in 1995, Honda Cars India Limited (HCIL). The brand currently sells All New Honda City, Honda City, Amaze, WR-V, and Jazz. The brand offers a three-year warranty period on all its cars. The same can be extended up to five years at an additional cost.

At present, Skoda sells Kushaq, Rapid, Octavia, and Superb. Skoda Slavia is a recently unveiled sedan from the brand. Currently, the four years or 100,000kms (whichever is early) is offered as a warranty period that can be extended to six years or 150,000kms (whichever is early) at an additional cost.
Volkswagen
Volkswagen is a Germany-based automobile manufacturer that entered India. Volkswagen offers four year warranty period on all its cars. At present Volkswagen Tiguan, Taigun, Polo, and Vento are available for sale in India. Currently, the four years or 100,000kms (whichever is early) is offered as a warranty period that can be extended to six years or 150,000kms (whichever is early) at an additional cost.
