The Honda Jazz Twist was spotted testing in Brazil. The Jazz twist (called Fit), is  based on the  Jazz and is a crossover version of the same, having a bit of sprucing up.

The earlier generation of this crossover is sold only in Brazil, which is a very big market for compact crossovers. The Jazz Twist has a 1.5-liter Flex-fuel engine delivering 116b hp and 153Nm of torque. It comes mated to a manual gearbox  as well as the CVT. The latest Jazz Twist is likely to use the same engine, which would be upgraded for better refinement and fuel efficiency.

Though the crossover market in India is growing, Honda hasn’t revealed its plans to get the Jazz twist to India The Jazz Twist, if launched in India, would compete with the likes of the Hyundai i20 Active, Fiat Avventura and VW Cross Polo.  The Jazz Twist can be a worthy competitor to these cars, considering its size and engine configurations.
