More about the car

Recently, India has become obsessed with turbocharged engines in smaller machines. The premium hatchback segment has some great turbo petrol cars in the form of Polo and new i20. However expensive pricing may seem a barrier. The new 2021 Tata Altroz Turbo Petrol is expected to be more powerful yet cheaper than competition. Tata has announced the launch of a new Altroz variant on January 13, 2021.

The variant in question will most certainly be the Tata Altroz turbo petrol which will be equipped with a 1.2-litre three-cylinder turbocharged petrol motor. The launch of the new variant will also be accompanied by the introduction of a new Marina Blue exterior colour. The new Tata Altroz will come with exciting new colour options like blue, red, green and yellow which will help it stand out. New alloy wheel design will also help differentiate the turbo variant. You can also look at the new turbo badging at the rear of the car.

The hot hatch, as standard, will be available with a five-speed manual gearbox although the company is also expected to throw a dual-clutch automatic transmission in the mix. Currently, the i20 is the only hatchback in the segment to come with DCT automatic transmission. More about Tata Altroz Turbo colours below.
