Working Temperature Meter
This indicator is present in the digital instrument cluster of the Tata Nexon. This temperature shows you the temperature of the engine. When the car is idle for a few weeks, it is better to bring back your car to normal surrounding temperature before starting any trip. Idling the car for few minutes will do the trick.
Xpress Cool Feature
India is a hot and humid country and the Xpress Cool feature with the Tata Nexon is a blessing. If your cabin is also very much heated, this feature will automatically roll-down driver windows to increase airflow.
Key Indicator Warning
If you turn the ignition off, but forget to remove the key before opening the door, Nexon chimes reminding you to remove your key. This is a very beneficial feature when you are in a hurry sometimes and forget the key in your car. The same applies for parking light. If you forget to turn that off and open the door, the car gives you a pretty strong warning.
Remote Boot Open
While there is a button in the cockpit to open the boot, you can also use your remote key. Many people may know and use this feature. If you long-press the follow me home headlamp switch on the key, the boot automatically unlocks without going near the dashboard of the Nexon.
Hindi Connected Car Tech
Connected Car tech in cars are slowly becoming an important and necessary feature. While this is not very essential, it surely adds to convenience and helps to boast sometime in front of other people. While many cars in India now come with connected car tech, with MG Hector being one of the first ones, Nexon also comes with the option of Hindi Connected car tech. You can give your commands in Hindi and the AI responds back to you in the same language. If you are not very comfortable speaking in English or struggle with accent problems, Hindi connected car tech works like a charm.
Not a sunglass holder
While many new cars come with this feature, Tata Nexon sadly does not have this. The Tata Nexon does have the storage space above but it has been designed for wallets. Keeping sunglass there without any protection can damage your lenses and frame.
Coat hooks
Many people know about this feature, but we still included this. These are present near the rear passenger doors of the SUV. You can easily hang coats, and ladies handbag along with other things on this hook. Owners should try to hang only lightweight stuff here.

Tata Nexon takes safety seriously and ESP comes as standard in the Nexon. ESP stands for Electronic Stability Program and includes Electronic Traction Control, Roll-over mitigation, Emergency Brake Assist, Hill hold control, Electronic Brake Pre-fill and Brake Disc Wiping.
