Hyundai reveals Genesis G90 design

As Genesis becomes a new brand altogether, Hyundai has revealed the design of its flagship car – Genesis G90.

The car is set to make its debut in December.

The Genesis G90 luxury sedan will be using the “Athletic Elegance” design language. The Vision G concept of Hyundai is the inspiration behind the G90. Many design elements like the front grille, headlamps etc are very simlar to the concept car.

The Genesis G90 will be replacing the Equus and will compete with the likes of Mercedes-Benz S-Class and BMW 7-Series, thereby providing customers with an alternative.

The G90 will be powered by the Hyundai’s 5.0-litre V8 engine and would also get an all wheel drive system

Being a premium flagship car, the new Genesis G90 will feature the latest safety technologies and innovations. In addition it expected to have class-leading comfort.

The Genesis G90 will make its official debut in Korea in December and will be called EQ900 in Korea specifically. Five other new models will be launched under the Genesis brand.
