The upcoming Tata Kite (codename) hatchback interiors have been spotted once again, ahead of its debut in December 2015. We were the first to reveal the images of the Kite’s interiors and now images from another angle have appeared.

The layout is similar to the Bolt and Zest, as is the steering wheel. The dashboard has an all new design. Top end variants are likely to get features such as steering mounted audio and telephony controls, a Harman infotainment system with a touchscreen display with voice commands, dual front airbags, height-adjustable driver seat, electric ORVMs and ABS (anti-lock braking system) with EBD (electronic brake-force distribution).

The Kite twins will be based on the Indica eV2 and the Indigo eCS platform, however they have undergone a major upgrade in design and engineering to make it a lot more premium and at par with the competition. They will be powered by a 1.2-litre petrol engine and 1.05-litre diesel engine. These engines will be used for the first time and will be powerful and fuel-efficient. The pricing of the duo will be between INR 4.5-7.25 lakhs (on-road). The hatchback version will be launched shortly, followed by the sedan early next year.
