Accessories that could be offered on the RE Meteor

In a recent Spy image of the RE Meteor, some new accessories to this bike were seen. Let’s take a closer look at what is being offered as Royal Enfield Meteor Accessories? Also, do these accessories make a difference if not offered?

Looking at the Spy image above we can notice a few Royal Enfield Meteor Accessories. At the front, you can notice a windshield over the headlamp. This windshield seems tall and might be actually very useful as the seat height is low.

On the frame, if you glance near the engine there is an Engine/leg guard. This is one of the accessories that we recommend getting on any bike as it protects the leg and keeps the bike safe during drops. Being a Royal Enfield we can assume that the bike will be heavy and it won’t be a comforting thought to drop it but if you ever drop it this guard looks wide enough to protect the bike its gear levers.

As seen in a previous revelation there are also other accessories in the categories shown above. There are also other accessories that are under the section of comfort, protection and Style.

At the rear, you can see a saree guard. This is a compulsion to give a make the bike road legal in India. But on top of it, it will do have saddle stay for rear saddlebags. Overall this windscreen and the saddle stay look like accessories for the touring. It won’t be a surprise if Royal Enfield offers it as touring pack.

Launch

It has been a long wait for this bike. There a lot of things that have come forwards about this bike. In this spy shot, we get an idea of how the bike is capable of touring. But there isn’t still any launch date out for it.

Royal Enfiled has not even confirmed the name or any other details about the bike. It will be only when Royal Enfield announces the bike then we could give some more information about the launch and variants. For now, Royal Enfield Meteor Accessories are the only extra bit that we have come across apart from the regualar spy shots that we have been seeing.
