7 Seater Renault Duster coming in 2018

The new-generation Renault Duster will be a seven-seater SUV and it will be launched in India in 2018, as per a report from ET. The new Renault Duster is a seven-seater and we are the only Indian website that have the image of this seven-seater SUV while it was testing in Europe.  The new Duster will be powered by a range of new petrol and diesel engines. The 1.5-litre K9K will be further tweaked for even better performance and mileage. There will be a new range of transmissions also.

The new Duster’s is now a project for Mr Jean Phillipe Salar, who is a Renault veteran for the past 19 years. He has worked on projects like Clio, Megane, Scenic, Fluence and even the Kwid. Expect the new Duster to be a 5+2 seater and the wheelbase will be slightly longer and the rear will be stretched.

Renault will also be introducing another SUV that will be smaller than the Duster and will be competing with the Ecosport. The French brand will be introducing several new models in the coming cars. There will even be a new compact sedan, 4×4 too that are a part of the plan. For the time being, the Duster will get a facelift in India and it will even get the Easy-R AMT transmission as well. This is due to be launched early 2016.
