Mahindra Scorpio has been a legendary SUV due to its distinctive style and its road presence. Mahindra Scorpio hasn’t lost its charm since it was launched back in 2002. The upcoming Scorpio will be the fourth generation of the legendary SUV. To know more about the upcoming Mahindra Scorpio next generation, continue reading below.

Design

The new generation Mahindra Scorpio will be based on all new platform. It will get a new fresh ladder frame chassis. The same underpinnings will be shared by the upcoming second generation Thar. However, it will continue to posses the signature styling elements of the Scorpio such as the character shoulder line across, wide front grille, thick rear bumper and vertically spaced taillights.

The upcoming Mahindra Scorpio is conceptualized and shaped from the Mahindra’s North American technical centre, so it will have some of the American SUV styling. However, it will be developed and engineered at the Mahindra Research Valley,Chennai so at the end it will be much of an Indian SUV. The upcoming Mahindra Scorpio will have more stable chassis and will be ready for the upcoming crash safety norms. It will at least score three star in the NCAP test.
