Hyundai Venue 2019 – 6 important things to know

The Hyundai Venue 2019 has been finally unveiled. The car’s design and interiors can be seen in our gallery below. The car is an exciting new product in the sub-four-meter SUV space. It has got unique touches and Hyundai has inserted segment first features that have really made it a very compelling buy. We are yet to test the car and the price of the car is also going to be announced next month. In the meantime, here are 10 things you need to know about the Hyundai Venue 2019 launching next month.

1. Engine Options – The Hyundai Venue will get a total of 3 engine options. The new engine here will be the 1.0 L (Kappa T- GDI Petrol Engine) which with make around 120bhp and 175Nm of torque and come paired to a 7-speed DCT or six-speed manual transmission. There will be a second petrol engine in the form of the 1.2-litre engine that will produce 83bhp 117Nm of torque and get a five-speed manual only. The diesel offering will come in the form of a 1.4-litre engine and will make 90bhp and 224Nm of torque. It will be paired to a six-speed manual transmission.
2. Features – The features list is huge. We are not talking about the BlueLink system, which is a whole point in itself. Some of the many features include – Electric Sunroof, Cruise Control, Air Purifier, Wireless Charger, Voice Recognition, Arkamys Sound, Rear AC Vents, Cornering Lamps, Glove box cooling etc.
3. Hyundai BlueLink – The 33 functions are many to mention here. But some of the highlights are – Remote Start, Door/Climate/Horn/ Light Control, Real-time Traffic Information, POI Send2Car (Destination Transfer), Destination Set in link with Schedule, Vehicle Theft Notification/Track/ Immobilize, Share My Car (APP Sharing), 8” Touchscreen, AVNT w/ Apple, Carplay Android Auto.
