Also, Revolt Intellicorp had conducted several stringent tests internally to ensure the best combination of performance and aesthetics. The product stood true to its promise during the Gradient Ability Test, where it went up to an incline smoothly at 10.2 degrees. The battery has gone through a foolproof, high-decibel internal testing process including tests performance, cycle life, nail penetration, shock, all-weather and waterproofing tests. Owing to this, the Lithium-ion battery of the new electric bike from the Revolt stable passed in a single attempt. The ARAI certified range is 156 km.

We invested a lot of time testing it internally to make sure we have a winner before sending it to the ARAI. The speedy ARAI certification is a huge endorsement to our efforts over the last 2 years.”

Spread over 100,000 square feet, the facility boasts a production capacity of 120,000 vehicles commissioned for Phase 1. The bike will command a bit of a premium, given the number of features it will be carrying. We think that the ideal price for this bike would be somewhere near Rs 1 lakh to Rs 1.5 lakhs.

Revolt Intellicorp Smart Motorcycle Design

From the first sketch of the new motorcycle by Revolt Intellicorp Pvt. Ltd. showcases the perfect amalgamation of aesthetics and form factor. Designed by Shivam Sharma, Chief Designer- Revolt Intellicorp Pvt. Ltd., this will be India’s first AI-enabled motorcycle and looks nothing like any other electric two-wheeler in the market. While the sketches just show the front of the bike, for the front fascia it gets a projector unit that is vertically stacked. The headlights with LED DRLs on the sides. A pair of LED blinkers accompany the headlamp. The fascia is followed by the cockpit that includes a fully digital display. Moving on, the seat on the motorcycle looks like it’s been designed by keeping both rider and pillion comfort in mind. The upcoming bike from Revolt will feature a full-digital dash and, considering this will be India’s first AI-enabled, LTE-connected motorcycle, it will be interesting to see what the console will be capable of. Also seen is a headlight that comprises a projector and a regular LED setup.

The battery pack and motor are placed behind the fibre panels, and the final product is likely to retain this layout. Revolt Intellicorp has said that it will use the imported battery pack and the motor. The in-house team will develop the Battery Management System and Electronic Control Unit for the motorcycle. The saddle gets a single piece design instead of a split finish. It looks large enough to accommodate two adults comfortably. The pillion grab rail gets a brushed aluminium finish and a compact design. The rear of the motorcycle is not visible in the photographs, but it would be safe to assume that it gets LED tail lamp and blinkers.Revolt Smart Motorcycle

Revolt Intellicorp Smart Motorcycle Features

The upcoming electric motorcycle would feature LTE connectivity via a SIM card that would enable smart functions. We expect features like navigation, Bluetooth, crash alert and more to be present on the Revolt Intellicorp Smart Motorcycle.

Revolt Intellicorp Smart Motorcycle Power and Range

While power figures are unknown, we do know that the Revolt Intellicorp Smart Motorcycle will get a tremendous torque number which will be available from the get-go. The bike will get a limited top speed of 85km/h and an ARAI tested range of 156km. This is phenomenal because compared to the premium Ather 450, Revolt’s offering can go for nearly 40km further. This is enough for everyday use in the city. The Revolt electric motorcycle does not have a gearbox so it will not require a clutch. In the spy shot we do see, the bike sports a lever where the one for the clutch. There is also a brake fluid master cylinder. This could mean the front and rear both have hand operated brakes. The bike gets USD forks, a monoshock and a front disc brake. We expect dual channel ABS on it as standard. Revolt Intellicorp will install a charging infrastructure across Delhi-NCR, where it plans to sell this model first.

Revolt Intellicorp Smart Motorcycle Competition

The Revolt Intellicorp Smart Motorcycle will compete with the upcoming bikes from Tork Motors and the Ultraviolette F77.
