All-New Hyundai Elantra image revealed
The All new Hyundai Elantra rendered image has surfaced, which presents a clearer picture of the car which has been spotted earlier, though with camouflage.
The rendered pic reveals a sleek profile with clean surfaces and quite a muscular front end. A large hexagonal grille dominates the front and is supported by stylish elongated headlamps.
The Elantra has unique design characteristics that place it in a class of its own.
Chief Design Officer at Hyundai Motor Company, Peter Schreyer, said “The subtle and innovative appearance enhancements reflect Hyundai Motor’s vision for design. Furthermore, this car indicates a move from traditional to modern styling by communicating the new model’s comfort, fashion and sporty feel.”
The exterior styling of the Elantra is a lot moreevolved than the currently sold version and even the interiors are inspired from the Elite i20. The currently sold Elantra has one of the best-in-classfeatures and Hyundai will want to continue with the same. The Elantra is due to get a touchscreen infotainment system and even a lot more stylish and high quality interiors. The new Elantra will be powered by a 1.6-litre petrol engine that produces 177bhp, which is a lot of power for this engine size. This new version is likely to come to India only by 2017.
